The Saint Petersburg Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation Paper Mill of Goznak is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of pro-tected paper and a broad range of industrial-purpose paper.

Our mill is the first government plant in Rus-sia for manufacturing specialized stamped paper and bank note paper, which are essential to any country, institution, or company.

The need for security paper is growing every year. More and more companies realize the need to protect their documentation, primarily utilizing watermarked paper with special fibers, metal theards, and elements of chemical and other types of protection.

Our unique mill allows us to manufacture vir-tually any kind of paper, including that with exclusively high strength and durability. The range of products includes printing paper, drafting and drawing paper, technical paper, office paper, and more—altogether around 100 different types.
